How do I keep the apps safe?
Our apps are files you download and open in the browser. They work offline, but a file can be deleted by accident, for example when the downloads folder is cleared.
- PC and Mac: move the file from Downloads to the desktop or to a folder of its own, for example «Sporlaus». Open the app from there.
- Android: move the file from Downloads to a folder of its own.
- iPad and iPhone: open the app in Safari, tap the share button and choose «Add to Home Screen».
What the child has made is stored in the browser on the device. If you clear browsing data (history and website data), it can be lost.
